1. Simple structure, advanced design, convenient operation and high efficiency. It adopts self-developed computer chip controller and uses hydraulic stamping products to form. It realizes the fool operation of one person operating multiple sets and one key running all day;

2. The machine tool is mainly composed of atomization storage tank, feeding barrel, hydraulic transmission device, electrical control configuration and body composition. The user can be equipped with air compressor when using;

3. When the machine tool is running, it has the function of self detection, and is equipped with a fault alarm and indication system. In case of software and hardware failure, the positioning alarm of * * can be realized;

4. When the machine tool setting task (1-999999 mode) is completed, it will give an alarm and stop running automatically after 2 minutes;

5. Computer touch screen can be set: feeding adjustment, speed, delay feeding, expected time, air mixing, atomization time, total density time, linear encryption, rotation encryption, pressure holding time, and set quantity, so as to control the density of the workpiece accurately and accurately;

6. Because of the easy adhesion of raw materials, a gas atomization technology is designed to make the raw materials not bonded in the storage tank and the feeding barrel, so that the raw materials can enter the mold cavity in a uniform volume, and the surplus raw materials can be automatically returned to the storage tank;

7. Linear ball bearing with low noise, stable transmission, low energy consumption and long service life;

8. The mold cavity can be adjusted freely, and the density of workpiece can be controlled by servo motor with high precision;

9. The workpiece moves automatically after forming and demoulding, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of bumping in the production process;

10. The oil and mold are equipped with water cooling system, so they do not need to work normally in the air conditioning room in high temperature weather;

橡塑制品自动压机

1.结构简单.设计先进.操作方便.效率高.采用自行研发电脑芯片控制器利用液压冲压产品成型;实现一人操作多台,一键运行全天的傻瓜式操作;

2.该机床主要雾化储存罐.加料桶.液压传动装置.电气控配置.机体组成,用户使用时配备空压机既可;

3.机床运行时具有自检测功能,设有故障报警指示系统,如有软.硬件出现故障,可实现**的定位报警;

4.机床设定任务(1-999999模)完成时提示报警2分钟后自动停止运行;

5.电脑触摸屏可设定:加料调整、速度、延时加料、预料时间、气流搅拌、雾化时间、密度总时间、直线加密、旋转加密、保压时间、设定数量,便于控制工件的密度精,尺寸准;

6.因原材料的容易粘合的特性,设计一种用气体雾化的技术,使原材料在储存罐与加料桶存放的不粘合,便于原材料以*均匀的体积进入到模具腔内,并可将多余原材料自动返回到储存罐;

7.采用直线滚珠轴承.噪音低.传动平稳.能耗小.使用寿命长;

8.模具空腔能自由调节,伺服电机高精度控制工件的密度;

9.工件成型脱模后自动推移,有效的避免了在生产过程中碰伤的现象;

10.油、模具装有水冷却系统,在高温的天气下不需要在空调房内仍正常工作;
